Lilia: Yuma Senior Photographer

Senior sessions are one of my most favorite types of sessions. Probably because seniors are super energetic and up for just about any location or idea I throw at them. Lilia was no exception. When I asked her if she was willing to jump in the river in her dress she said “Sure!”. Loved all the photos we got and it doesn’t hurt that Lilia is simply gorgeous.

We started the session on dry land near some cottonwood trees with a cute casual look. Lilia then changed into a colorful dress and jacket.  I love that she was willing to get in the river (I was in there with her too). These next two are my favorites. I used portable studio lighting for most of the session. It was a little after sun set when I took these. I was really happy with the lighting and how the river went to a dark blue color adding to the drama of the images. For the last images Lilia changed into her cheer outfit. We went to an old building near downtown for these. I like how she stands out against the nighttime sky. Thanks Lilia for a super fun senior session!
