I grew up in upstate New York, where my love for photography began in high school. Long before digital cameras, I learned on film and spent countless hours in the darkroom, honing my skills and developing an appreciation for the craft.

That passion led me to earn an Associate's degree with a concentration in Studio Photography before completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at the University of Arizona. Over twenty years later, I still love every part of the creative process.

For me, photography is about so much more than pressing the shutter. I love the planning, creative direction, wardrobe styling, collaborating with my clients, and carefully editing every final portrait. Every image is thoughtfully crafted to feel polished, artistic, and uniquely yours.

Welcome, I'm Kim

Every session begins with a conversation.

The best portraits are created through collaboration. I take the time to learn about each client, understand their personality, their goals, and the story they want their images to tell. From there, I guide every creative decision, from location and wardrobe to posing, lighting, and expression.

Years of experience have taught me how to quickly connect with people and translate their ideas into photographs that often exceed what they imagined. My role is not simply to take a beautiful photograph. It is to provide creative direction, make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and bring your vision to life.

When thoughtful collaboration meets artistic expertise, the result is imagery that feels authentic, intentional, and unmistakably you.
