If you're unsure what to wear, I'm always happy to help you choose wardrobe options before your session.Professional hair and makeup is always recommended, if possible, and I'm happy to provide recommendations for talented local artists if needed.

Yes. All listed headshot pricing is for sessions that take place in my downtown Yuma studio. If you'd like an on-location session or a portable studio setup at your business, I'd be happy to provide a custom quote.

Absolutely. I photograph businesses of all sizes, from a few employees to entire teams. Pricing depends on the number of people, whether group photographs are needed, and whether the session takes place in my studio or at your location.Discounted group rates are available when all team members are photographed during the same session. Pricing varies based on the number of people and the type of coverage needed.

Your online proofing gallery is typically available within 1–2 business days after your session. Once you've selected your favorite images, your fully retouched final digital images are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
Please note that these are my typical turnaround times and are not guaranteed. Larger group sessions, specialty editing, artwork, or other custom retouching services may require additional time.
If you need your images sooner, rush editing is available for an additional fee.

Yes. Every final image is professionally retouched by me personally. My goal is to create polished, natural-looking portraits that never appear overly edited. I take great care to ensure your final images look professional while still looking like you.

Your wardrobe plays an important role in telling the story of your brand. Before your session, we'll discuss your brand colors, your business, your ideal clients, and the image you want to communicate. Together, we'll choose outfits that reflect your personality, profession, and help create a strong first impression with both current and future clients.

Absolutely! Branding sessions can take place in my downtown Yuma studio, at your place of business, or at another location that best represents your brand. Depending on the collection you choose, your session may include the studio, one location, or multiple locations. We'll work together during the planning process to decide what best fits your business and goals.

Yes! Branding sessions can include team members, client interactions, products, workspace details, and behind-the-scenes imagery that tells the story of your business. Additional people or expanded coverage may require an additional fee depending on the scope of the session, and we'll discuss all of those details during the planning process.

Your online proofing gallery is typically available within 3–5 business days after your session. Once you've selected your images, your final gallery is typically delivered within 10–14 business days.

Please note that these are my typical turnaround times and are not guaranteed. Larger sessions, extensive editing, or specialty artwork may require additional time. If you need your images sooner, rush editing is available for an additional fee.

Yes. Every branding image is professionally edited to ensure a polished, cohesive look. Branding images receive light retouching, including adjustments to color, exposure, distracting flyaway hairs, and other minor refinements while maintaining a natural appearance.

Each Branding Collection also includes a selection of fully retouched high-resolution digital images, perfect for your website, printed marketing materials, or other professional uses.

We'll plan your session together before your portrait day. Depending on the collection you choose, this will either be a phone consultation or an in-person planning meeting where we'll discuss wardrobe, locations, accessories, and creative ideas to ensure every detail reflects your personality and style. I also recommend professional hair and makeup whenever possible and am happy to recommend talented local artists.

The Senior Studio Collection takes place in my downtown Yuma studio and is available on select weekdays only. The Editorial and Luxe Senior Collections may include my studio, outdoor locations throughout Yuma, or a combination of both, depending on the collection you choose. During your planning consultation, we'll select the locations that best fit your vision and personality.

Absolutely! If you'd like to include parents, siblings, friends, a significant other, or pets in a few portraits, we'll discuss that during your planning consultation. If you're looking for a full family, couples, or multi-person portrait session, please let me know how many people will be participating so I can provide pricing based on your specific session.

If you've booked the Senior Studio Collection, your online proofing gallery will typically be available within one week of your session.

If you've booked the Editorial or Luxe Senior Collection, we'll schedule your in-person image reveal and ordering appointment approximately 1–2 weeks after your session.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after you've made your image selections for your finished high-resolution digital images to be completed. Printed products such as albums, wall art, graduation announcements, and other printed items may require additional production time.

Yes. Every final image is professionally retouched by me personally. My goal is to create polished, natural-looking portraits that never appear overly edited. Retouching may include skin softening, blemish removal, stray hair cleanup, minor clothing adjustments, background cleanup, and other refinements as needed while still maintaining a natural appearance. I want you to look like the very best version of yourself.

Booking is easy! Once we've selected a date, I'll email you a portrait agreement and invoice that can both be completed online. Your session date is officially reserved once the required payment and signed agreement have been received.

Headshot Collections: Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Branding, Senior, and Portrait Collections: A non-refundable $200 retainer and signed portrait agreement are required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Payment plans are available for Branding, Senior, and Portrait Collections. However, all balances must be paid in full before any digital images or printed products are delivered.

I currently accept credit cards, check and cash. At this time, I do not accept payment apps. All invoices and portrait agreements are sent electronically and can be completed online for your convenience.

Absolutely! Additional high-resolution digital images, professional prints, wall art, albums, graduation announcements, and other printed products are available for purchase. If you're looking for something specific, I'd be happy to discuss the options available for your session.
